Career Opportunities with Lawyer's StaffingLegal Recruiter We are currently searching for Legal Recruiters for our Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Greensboro/Winston-Salem offices. These positions require an employee to be able to perform all necessary functions involved in procuring and filling temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire legal positions with qualified applicants in a professional and timely manner. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating significant new business; direct recruiting calls; screening resumes; scheduling appointments; interviewing and screening applicants to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to assess placement opportunities; organizing and tracking documents of each candidates work history, testing, absences, work order information, references, school verifications, etc.; developing & managing relationships with clients by partnering to provide staffing solutions; account maintenance and problem solving; negotiating pay and bill rates to candidates and clients, respectively. Our ideal candidate has significant legal experience either as an attorney, paralegal or firm administrator, the ability to multitask at extremely high levels, strong ties to the legal community and should be self-motivated as well as able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
