	Robin Smith is the Director of Operations of Lawyer's Staffing, Inc. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a paralegal for McCandlish Kaine and Christian & Barton. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She also holds an American Bar Certificate from the National Institute of Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia. Robin also is a past member of the Junior League of Richmond, currently a member of Friends of Massey Cancer Center and Canterbury Community Nursery School Development Committee.

	Carrie Yuill is a Legal Recruiter in the Norfolk office of Lawyer’s Staffing, Inc. Prior to joining the team, she was a legal recruiter for Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale Dorr in Washington, D.C. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary where she was also a division one athlete, competing as a springboard diver on the Swimming & Diving team. Carrie was recently elected to serve as next year’s President of the Southampton Roads William & Mary Board of Alumni.
